MSI Computer will be displaying for our Oo’ing and Aah’ing pleasure, their new U120 Wind Netbook at CES in January. It’s like it’s predecessor, but better.
It’s just over 10 inches long, 7 inches wide, a little over 1 inch thick at its thickest point and weighing in at around 3 pounds (with the battery in). This thing was made to come along with you everywhere and is so much more pleasing to look at (and not hear) than a little yappy dog in your purse. The ergonomic keyboard offers .68 inch spacing on the keys for comfort and a 10 inch LCD screen to keep your eyes from hurting. But the thing I like best about it: It ships with either a standard or retractable mouse! I guess I’m not as hard core, or as computer savvy more like, as some others, but I am simply not nearly as efficient with a touch pad as I am with a mouse.
I’m looking forward to getting my hands on one of these at CES to take it for a test drive.
